Key Responsibilities:
Client Advocacy: Serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring their needs are met.
Growth & Sales: Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Retention: Managing contract renewals and negotiating agreements to maintain long-term partnerships.
Issue Resolution: Addressing client complaints and facilitating solutions with internal teams.
Reporting: Tracking account performance metrics and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship building.
Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring accounting staff (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, payroll).
Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing annual budgets and forecasting future financial needs.
Auditing: Coordinating external and internal audits to maintain data integrity.
Essential Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial law.
