Accounts Manager

Indorise Group is a diversified business conglomerate with operations spanning textiles and corporate services. Our group companies include Birla Cotsyn India Ltd, Rohstoffe International Pvt. Ltd, and Wendt Corporate Service Pvt. Ltd. We are currently seeking a seasoned Accounts and Finance Head to lead and oversee financial operations across our group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

·        Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including finalization of accounts.

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

·        Ensure timely closure of books and accuracy in general ledger entries.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

·        Manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxes: GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and Labour Welfare Fund.

·        Ensure timely tax payments, filings, and compliance with audits.

·        Liaise with tax consultants and auditors for statutory and tax-related audits.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

·        Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

·        Prepare and present MIS reports to management, including cash flow, cost control, and profitability analysis.

·        Conduct periodic expense reviews and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Banking & Treasury Management

·        Manage day-to-day banking operations including reconciliations and fund transfers.

·        Monitor working capital, handle LC/BG issuance, and manage import/export financial documentation.

·        Oversee international remittance processes.

5. Payroll & Vendor Management

·        Supervise payroll processing, including statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/Form 16).

·        Manage vendor accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

·        Implement robust internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.

·        Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and GST audits.

·        Address and resolve audit queries effectively.

7. Team Leadership & Coordination

·        Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team for optimal performance.

·        Collaborate with other departments to support business and financial decision-making.
