Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager– Accounts & Finance to manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support timely reporting and audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and a hands-on approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting transactions including purchases, sales, bank entries, and journal postings.

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable including reconciliations and processing of payments.

• Oversee TDS compliance, including preparation of monthly working, timely payments, and filing of TDS returns.

• Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and reconciliation of Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2.

• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of internal and statutory audits, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Review and monitor the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles

• Up-to-date understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Experience with MIS reporting and audit coordination

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance or related field

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance

• Experience in managing audits and statutory filings is a must
