Accounts & Compliance Manager – Job Description
Position: Accounts & Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain client accounting records and financial data accurately.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory return filings within due dates.
Process and manage payroll activities for client establishments.
Coordinate with clients for collecting data, resolving queries, and ensuring timely compliance.
Prepare and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports to management.
Generate and monitor client invoices and follow up on documentation requirements.
Supervise and guide freshers undergoing on-the-job training.
Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide training to team members.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
Support management in improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Payroll, PF, ESI, and Labour Compliance.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead and train freshers.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts, Payroll, GST, and Compliance.
