Job Description

Handle project-wise accounting and billing, including RA bills, client billing, and subcontractor billing.
Ensure timely GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances as per applicable laws.
Maintain and reconcile accounts payable & receivable, including vendor and contractor payments.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and project cost reports.
Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for billing data and expense tracking.
Maintain secure financial records, backups, and confidentiality of company data.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
