We are looking for an Accounts And Finance Executive to join our team at Csa Marine Global Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including ledgers and bank reconciliations.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial analysis.
Assist in external audits and ensure timely tax and GST filings.
Good Knowledge of Book Keeping procedure and debt collections
Hand on Experience with accounting Software
Advance Knowledge of Excel ( Using financial Formulas & Spread sheets
Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Analyse financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Work Environment:
Office-based with occasional external coordination with vendors and accounting firms •
Interaction with cross-functional teams for various administrative tasks
Good Organisational and time management abilities
2. Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility needs.
Maintain and organize office documentation (both digital and physical).
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally.
Schedule meetings, assist with travel arrangements, and maintain office calendars.
3. Payroll & HR Assistance
Process monthly payroll and maintain employee files.
Support employee onboarding, leave management, and HR documentation.
Assist with visa, insurance, and labor-related submissions.
4. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
Keep company documentation compliant with UAE laws and standards.
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, government offices, and banks.
5. Office Coordination
Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and office operations.
Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
