Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive

Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Lal Darwaja, Surat

Key Responsibilities:

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Handle reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly closing activities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives
Support preparation of financial statements and management dashboards.
Conduct variance analysis and highlight key issues.
Handle Stock Audits & Stock statement maintenance

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel skills.-
Ability to work independently while reporting directly to senior leadership.
