Accounts Executive

Key Requirements:

 Proven experience in accounting, preferably in trading and inventory-based

environments

 Proficient in Tally and other accounting software

 Working knowledge of cost centers

 Familiar with statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, Import Export

 Strong reconciliation skills, including inventory, branch and intercompany

transactions

 Good written communication and follow-up skills

 Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting function

Key Responsibilities:

 Take overall responsibility for the company’s accounting operations

 Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end journals, reconciliations,

and reports

 Prepare and file GST, TDS, ensuring regulatory compliance

 Prepare and assist in filing of PF, ESIC, PT and customs-related returns

 Coordinate and support internal and external audits

 Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure compliance to minimise

liabilities

 Manage customer, vendor, and stakeholder communications effectively

 Monitor and manage financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
