Accounts Manager

Qualification & Experience:

• CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified CA.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Statutory Audit, GST, Internal Audit, and Direct Tax.

• Experience in Accounts & Taxation roles; exposure in logistics industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize accounts and support statutory audit processes.

• Prepare and present monthly & quarterly MIS reports for management review.

• Apply applicable accounting standards to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Handle tax audits and file Income Tax Returns.

• Monitor updates in accounting standards and implement necessary changes.

• Assist in tax planning and identify opportunities for tax savings.

• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, MCA, and other statutory regulations.

• Perform GST reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage and resolve TDS & GST related queries of customers and vendors.

• Coordinate with customers and vendors in case of escalations.

• Liaise with auditors, resolve their queries, and ensure audit readiness.

• Provide timely data to the Company Secretary and ensure statutory compliances.

• Lead and mentor a team of 10+ accounting professionals.
