Job Description

Accounts Assistance JD

Responsibility:

Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Assist in payroll processing, TDS, GST, and statutory compliance.

Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and assist with audits.

Preparing invoice and debit note and credit note,

Preparing Quotation, purchase order, sales invoice

Follow-up with the venders to payments.

Maintain documentation and records for financial transactions

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian statutory compliance.

Proficient in accounting software such as Tally ERP,
