Job Description:
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting compliance and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries
Prepare and post journal entries
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance
Prepare invoices and follow up on payments
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and support audits
Maintain proper documentation and records
Prepare MIS and financial reports as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
3–5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted)
Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Good communication and organizational skills
