We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Senior to join our dynamic team at Ledgerwise Consulting. In this key role, you will oversee invoice processing, vendor relations, and payment workflows, ensuring full compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month depending upon competence and experience of the candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for accuracy, secure approvals, and code to general ledger accounts per company policies.

• Serve as primary vendor contact: reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation.

• Prepare tax payments, monitor exceptions, generate MIS reports, and drive process improvements for efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree (any stream); 3-6 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of AP processes, GAAP, and internal controls.

• Keen eye for numerical accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
