Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in real estate accounting, capable of handling site-wise accounts, statutory compliance, and coordination with sales and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain site-wise and project-wise accounts

• Record daily transactions in Tally / ERP

• Handle customer receipts, booking amounts, and milestone collections

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements regularly

• Manage accounts payable & receivable

• Process vendor payments and maintain contractor bills

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Handle TDS on contractors, professionals, and vendors

• Maintain customer ledgers and statements

• Support audits, compliance, and financial reporting

• Coordinate with sales, CRM, and legal teams for documentation and collections

• Maintain statutory registers and compliance records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)

• 2–6 years of experience in real estate or construction accounts

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA-related accounting

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel

• Experience handling multiple projects/sites

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in developer or channel partner firm

• Ability to work independently

• Immediate joiner preferred

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
