Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting internal financial processes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks including entries, reconciliations, and invoice processing.

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal cost-control processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.

• Maintain organized financial documentation and support process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations, and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial procedures.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar tools.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
