📢 Hiring | Jr. Accounts Executive
Aspire InterGlobe Services is hiring for a reputed client for the position of Accounts & Costing Executive.
📍 Location: Mahlan, Ajmer-Jaipur Expressway, Rajasthan
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle invoices, receipts, payments and accounting entries.
• Verify pricing, quantities and discounts before billing.
• Maintain ledgers, journals and financial records.
• Assist with AP/AR and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain stock records for Raw Materials, WIP & Finished Goods.
• Record daily production and track material consumption.
• Identify variances between planned and actual material usage.
• Assist in COGS calculation, product costing and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with Production & Store teams for accurate daily data.
• Support monthly closing and audit activities.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Costing/Inventory.
• Tally & MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, COGS and inventory valuation.
• Knowledge of GAAP/Ind AS will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
