• Amazon DSP Payroll Operations Executive

If you have at least 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll Operations, we'd love to hear from you.

💼 Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding Team

• Screen and communicate with driver applicants.

• Schedule interviews with Amazon DSP clients.

• Manage Amazon Portal onboarding.

• Process Background Checks, Drug Tests, I-9, E-Verify, and ADP onboarding.

• Schedule driver training.

• Update ATS, Google Sheets, LinqOps, and internal systems.

• Coordinate with DSP clients throughout the hiring process.

Payroll Team

• Review employee timecards.

• Process payroll accurately.

• Manage attendance, PTO, payroll adjustments, and bonuses.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Maintain payroll documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with Amazon DSP clients regarding payroll operations.

• Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll Operations.

• Experience with relevant Amazon DSP tools and processes.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

Please Note: Freshers and candidates without Amazon DSP experience are not eligible for this position.
