Job Description

Maintain books of accounts and daily financial transactions.
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and purchase orders.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Maintain payroll records and salary processing.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
Ensure accuracy of accounting data and maintain proper documentation.
