Maintain the general ledger system, recording all financial transactions accurately and reconciling accounts on a regular basis. Ensuring that all the defined processes are being followed and adhered to without any deviation. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing, to ensure timely and accurate payments and collections. Coordination with the cross-functional teams within the organization, and the individual must work closely with them to ensure that the tasks are completed within the defined timelines. The physical inventory check needs to be conducted regularly, and the reorder point management must be handled efficiently. The defined best-in-class inventory practices must be followed, and any changes or deviations must be brought to the notice of the concerned personnel. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.-- Assist in tax planning and compliance, preparing tax returns and supporting documentation for various tax filings.
