• Position: Accounts Executive

• Experience: 1–3 Years

• Location: Commissariat Road, Richmond Town, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

1. Passing accounting entries in Tally Prime.

2. Preparing MIS reports using Advanced Excel.

3. Vendor management and coordination.

4. Handling statutory compliance and taxation.

5. Inventory management.

6. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

7. Managing accounts payable and receivable.

8. Cash management.

9. Processing staff expense claims and reimbursements.

10. Maintaining systematic filing and documentation.

11. Preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

12. Handling income tax filing, e-filing, and online payments.

13. Managing payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel formulas and MIS reporting.

• Proficiency in income tax filing, e-filing, and online payments.

• Knowledge of accounting procedures and statutory compliance.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prepare and communicate accurate financial information.

• Proactive, confident, and responsible approach to work.

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
