Hiring: Project Accounts Executive (Field Operations)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage project-wise accounting, billing, and financial records.

✔ Visit client and project sites to monitor project-related financial activities.

✔ Track project budgets, expenses, profitability, and resource utilization.

✔ Generate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate collections. ✔ Maintain project accounts receivable and payable records.

✔ Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, and project financial summaries.

✔ Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

✔ Ensure timely reconciliation of project expenses and financial transactions.

✔ Support GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit-related activities.

✔ Ensure all accounting activities are completed within defined timelines.

Skills & Requirements

Experience in Accounts, Finance, Project Accounting, or Billing Operations.

Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Invoicing, and Financial Reporting. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and Accounting Software.

Ability to manage project finances and payment collections independently. Willingness to travel frequently to client and project locations.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in IT Projects, Government Projects, or Project-Based Organizations will be preferred.
