We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts & GST Compliance to join our team at Maxwell Logistics Private Limited.

Reporting To: Head – Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements as per statutory and internal requirements.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting
GST Compliance:
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, etc.).
• Handle GST reconciliation between books and returns (Input Tax Credit, outward supply, etc.).
• Assessing in GST notices, assessments, audits and liaise with consultants and tax authorities as required.
• Monitor changes in GST law and ensure timely compliance.
Other Duties: Time to time as assigned by Seniors
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Hands-on experience with GST portal and return filing tools
• Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
