Job Title: GST Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The GST Accounts Executive is responsible for handling all GST-related activities including data preparation, return filing, reconciliation, and compliance as per statutory requirements. The role also supports general accounting tasks including invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

AreaDutiesGST Compliance- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)- Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and adjustments- Maintain proper GST records and documentation- Respond to GST notices and coordinate with consultantsAccounting- Record day-to-day financial transactions- Maintain general ledgers, journals, and accounts- Reconcile bank and vendor accountsInvoice Management- Prepare sales and purchase invoices- Ensure invoice format compliance under GST regulationsTDS & Other Statutory Work- Assist with TDS calculation and return filingReporting- Generate periodic financial and tax reports- Assist in internal and external audits

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of GST laws and compliance

• Good understanding of accounting principles

• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting software

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle deadlines and multitask

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in GST and accounting

• Experience in handling GST audits or departmental queries is a plus

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
