Required Education: B.COM with min 6 Months Experience as Junior Accountant Profile with Basic Knowledge of Account.
JOB Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting entries
Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Billing & Invoicing
Prepare sales invoices and purchase entries
Track receivables and payables
Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
GST & Compliance
Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Maintain GST records and reconcile returns
Assist in statutory audits and compliance requirements
Bank & Cash Management
Handle petty cash and daily cash transactions
Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Coordinate with banks for routine matters
Vendor & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for invoices and payments
Support production and stores team for inventory-related entries
Maintain proper documentation and filing
