We are looking for an experienced Accountant Assistant with 5–6 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, handling entries, and supporting the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and accounting records.
Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
Assist with GST, TDS and other routine accounting-related work.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related matters.
Support senior accountants in regular accounting and reporting activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in accounting.
Strong working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
Good communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage day-to-day accounting work independently.
