The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization,
1. Basic Accounting Knowledge (Must Have)
Understanding of:
Journal entries
Ledger posting
Trial balance
Basic concepts of debit & credit

🔹 2. Accounting Software Skills
Experience in:
Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
Zoho Books (if your company uses it)
Ability to:
Pass entries
Generate reports
Manage day-to-day accounts
🔹 3. GST & Tax Knowledge
Basic understanding of:
GST invoices
Input & Output GST
Filing support (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
TDS knowledge (basic level)
🔹 4. Billing & Invoicing
Creating sales invoices & purchase entries
Maintaining billing records
Ensuring accuracy in invoices
🔹 5. Bank & Cash Handling
Bank reconciliation (BRS)
Handling petty cash
Recording receipts & payments
🔹 6. Data Entry & Documentation
Maintaining proper records of:
Bills
Vouchers
Purchase & sales data
Filing and documentation work
🔹 7. MS Excel Skills (Very Important)
Basic to intermediate knowledge:
Formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP)
Data entry & reports
Preparing daily/weekly reports
🔹 8. Vendor & Payment Follow-up
Coordination with:
Vendors
