Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).

• Support in preparation of invoices, debit/credit notes, and bank reconciliations.

• Process expense claims, vendor payments, and petty cash transactions.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly accounts.

• Support statutory compliance such as GST, TDS, and other tax filings.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of vouchers, bills, and supporting records.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

• Provide administrative support to the accounts team.
