Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our finance team in

managing daily accounting tasks, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and

ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical

skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in using accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, etc.)

•

Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.

•

Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and credit notes.

•

Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.

•

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

•

Support audits by providing relevant data and documents.

•

Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP,

etc.)

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

•

Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•

1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role (freshers with strong internship

experience may also apply).

•

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, QuickBooks).

•

Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

•

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
