Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements.
Analyze financial information to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficient in accounting software - Tally Prime.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
Working knowledge of Indian taxation laws.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
