Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
Record all receipts and payments accurately.
Prepare vouchers (Payment, Receipt & Journal Vouchers).
Maintain cash book, bank book and ledger.
Verify accounting entries before posting.
Verify vendor invoices.
Prepare payment advice.
Maintain vendor ledger.
Process payments after necessary approvals.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Reconcile daily revenue of:
- OPD
- IPD
- Pharmacy
- Cathlab
- Laboratory
- Radiology
- TPA
- Corporate Billing
