Accounts Executive

·       Maintain and update books of accounts for e-commerce sellers.

·       Record daily sales, purchases, returns, commissions, and operational expenses across multiple marketplaces.

·       Perform marketplace reconciliations for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc., including settlement reports, returns, deductions, and payment cycles.

·       Handle GST compliance, including:

o   GSTR-1

o   GSTR-3B

o   Annual returns

o   Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation

·       Prepare financial statements, Profit & Loss accounts, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

·       Assist in TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

·       Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

·       Support internal teams with financial data for compliance, advisory, and audit purposes.

Skills & Qualifications

·       Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA or equivalent qualification.

·       Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience.

·       Prior experience working with a CA Firm is mandatory.

·       Experience handling e-commerce seller accounts will be a strong advantage.

·       Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, taxation, and compliance.

·       Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.

·       Good knowledge of Excel and handling large reconciliation datasets.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.

·       Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work within deadlines.
