Experience:
Minimum 08-10 Years Of Experience In Accounting & Finance./
Experience With Financial Reporting Requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree In Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
CTC:
Rs.06.00LPA To Rs.07.20LPA
Job Role & Resposibilities:
1- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including:
a• Month-end and year-end process, such as reconciliations
b• Accounts payable/receivable reconciliation with the party’s ledgers
c• Cash receipts and payments
d• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
e• Fixed assets reconciliations
f• Debt activity
2- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
3- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
4- Coordinate and complete annual audits
5- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
6- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
7- Meet financial accounting objectives
8- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
9- Tax reporting and inventory processing
10- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
11- Creating KPA (Key Performance Area).
12- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
13- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
a• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
b• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
c• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
d• Passing accounting entries as per cash voucher, Invoices, and bank transactions.
14- Managing and training staff when necessary
a• Complies with Central, State, and Local financial legal requirements (such as TDS, GST, Profession Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.) by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
