Accounts And Finance Executive

• Maintain daily accounting entries including purchase, sales, expense, and journal vouchers.

• Prepare GST reports, file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B.

• Prepare and maintain TDS sheets, deduct TDS as per applicable sections, file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and generate Form 16/16A.

• Handle vendor payments, tax invoices, and reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable.

• Maintain petty cash accounts and site-wise expense records.

• Support in preparing project-wise cost sheets and budgets.

• Bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow on a regular basis.

• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.

• Maintain proper documentation for tax filings, bills, vouchers, and agreements.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of GST and TDS provisions.

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and construction project accounting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a construction or infrastructure company.
