Roles & Responsibilities🔹 Recruitment & OnboardingManage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, andinterviews.Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.Handle onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
🔹 Employee Lifecycle & DocumentationMaintain employee records and update HRIS on a regular basis.Issue letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.).Handle exit formalities and coordinate full & final settlements.
🔹 Attendance & Payroll CoordinationMonitor attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs.Liaise with the accounts team for accurate and timely salary disbursal.Resolve employee payroll and leave queries.
🔹 Statutory Compliance & Policy ImplementationEnsure compliance with labor laws – PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.Support policy implementation and HR audits.
