Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and payment coordination for the organization. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, taxation basics, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accounting records and entries in Tally/Accounting Software.
2. Handle accounts payable, receivable, invoices, and payments.
3. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial data accurately.
4. Prepare MIS, financial reports, and expense statements.
5. Coordinate premium collections, commission records, and vendor payments.
6. Support GST, TDS, payroll, audits, and other compliance activities.
7. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
8. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting.1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic taxation.
2. Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
3. Experience in insurance brokerage or financial services will be an added advantage.
