The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting in audits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate must be capable of managing accounts across PAN India operations with more than 300 employees.
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP systems.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.
Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and purchase order tracking.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals.
Maintain documents for audits and assist auditors during internal/external audits.
Prepare MIS reports, salary statements, and monthly financial summaries.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Hindi speaking is mandatory – to coordinate with employees and site teams across India.
Ability to manage payroll, reimbursements, and compliance for a workforce of 300+ employees PAN India.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
