We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our furniture retail showroom as well as the manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete accounting for retail and manufacturing operations
Handle sales, purchase, and journal entries accurately in Tally
Maintain proper bookkeeping and financial records
Perform bank updates and reconciliation
Manage TDS & TCS calculations, filings, and compliance
Oversee cash handling and daily cash flow management
Coordinate with banks for transactions, queries, and documentation
Maintain site-wise accounting and expense tracking
Monitor and control operational expenses
Assist in financial reporting and audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
3–6 years of experience in accounting (preferably in furniture, retail, or manufacturing industry)
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
