Accounts And Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely entries in Tally/ERP

 Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments

 Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities

 Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

 Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

 Support internal and external audits

 Assist with payroll processing and related compliance

 Monitor and manage petty cash

 Generate financial reports as required by management

 Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance

 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting functions

 Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic knowledge of other ERP software

 Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

 Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada preferred)

 High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Working Conditions:

 Work Location: Trillion Lead Factory, Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore

 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

 Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

CTC Details:

 Monthly CTC: 25K – 27K

 Statutory Deductions: PF, ESI and Professional Tax will be deducted as per Govt norms.
