Accountant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Accountant to manage and

optimize financial operations across our online sales channels, including Amazon, Shopify,

and other marketplaces. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting,

compliance, and strategic insights that drive profitability in a dynamic digital commerce

landscape.
• Maintain accurate records of e-commerce transactions, returns, chargebacks, and fees

across platforms.

• Reconcile payment gateways and logistics settlement (e.g., Razorpay, Ship Rocket) and

marketplace settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, RK World, Meesho, Blinkit, Shopify etc.)

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specific to e-commerce

performance.

• Track and report on COGS, gross margins, and SKU-level profitability.

• Purchase Order Tracking & Fulfilment

• Speaking with platforms to maintain debit/credit notes reconciliations

• Monthly reconciling shopify orders, RTO & Returns etc

• Payments of vendors/partners and reconciling their invoices

• MIS and P&L management across platforms

• Ensure GST compliance for all transactions.

• Co-ordinate with auditors and tax consultants for filings and assessments.

• Monitor evolving e-commerce tax regulations and implement necessary changes.
