Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.

Record and manage daily company expenses.

Process and reconcile vendor payments.

Handle driver payments and maintain payment records.

Generate client-wise invoices accurately and on time.

Follow up with clients for outstanding payments.

Prepare client-wise and month-wise Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.

Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TDS, audits, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial records.

Manage accounting data and reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory)

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)

Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

Good communication and follow-up skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
