Job Title: Accounts Admin
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Admin to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Tally, MS Excel, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records and process daily financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and receipts.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain employee records, office documents, and filing systems.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Generate financial and administrative reports using Tally and MS Excel.
Support auditors and senior management with required documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounts and administration.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bookkeeping.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
