We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts cum Admin Executive to manage our financial records and assist in day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally or accounting software, have good communication skills, and be able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.
Maintain daily accounting records (journal entries, cash book, bank book)
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries and filings
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits
Maintain and update ledgers and trial balance
Handle office documentation and filing systems
Manage inventory and office supplies
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars
Maintain employee records and attendance
Support HR in recruitment and onboarding processes
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
1–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and in a team
