Role Objective:
To manage financial records, process transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting operations (journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations)
Prepare and maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Manage accounts payable/receivable and invoicing
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
Payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Maintain financial data in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP)
Required Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance
2–5 years of experience in accounting roles
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong knowledge of taxation and financial regulations
Attention to detail and analytical skills
