Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our real estate & construction projects. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts, preparing reports, handling vendor/client payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor bills, and client invoices.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain cash flow records.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budgeting and project cost tracking.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely payments to suppliers, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain proper documentation of project-wise expenses.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance.
Proficiency in •Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software••.
Good understanding of •construction project accounting & cost allocation••.
• Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
