Job Description

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounting entries, expense and income reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for TDS, GST, statutory compliance, and other accounting requirements.
Maintain, update, and manage data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for management review.
Record and maintain bills, invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents in an organized manner.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing financial data and documentation for internal and external audits.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial and operational records.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data for reporting purposes.
Generate periodic business reports and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making.
Monitor data quality and ensure timely submission of reports.
Support day-to-day accounts and MIS operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
