MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Related

a. Maintaining Society Accounts in Tally upto Finalization.

b. Issue of Maintenance Bills and following up for Collection and its recording.

c. Deposit the Collection cheques into Society Bank Account.

d. Preparing of Outstanding statement and updating of defaulters list.

e. Issuing of notices to defaulters with consent of Managing Committee Members.

f. Amenities collection record Updation.

g. Preparation of cheques or NEFTs for making payments to vendors, staff salaries etc.

h. Voucher preparation.

i. Petty Cash maintenance.

j. Bank reconciliation on monthly Basis.

k. Working knowledge of TDS / GST and other returns under the IT Act and MCS Act.

l. Liaisoning with the Tax Consultant for filing of TDS, GST and ITR as per frequency.

m. Liasioning with Statutory Auditor.

Administrative

a. To attending members calls of Members for Accounting and other queries, updating tracks and liaisoning with the concerned team for providing early resolution and communicating to concerned Flat Owner w.r.t. to status of their requests.

b. Maintaining List of Members with their Contact details for Society Records.

c. To look after Inward and Outward correspondence.

d. Maintain proper record of inward correspondences and put up the same for Managing Committee’s consideration.

e. Handling all Correspondences with members / outside agencies with the consultation and approval of Office Bearers/MC Members.

f. Maintaining office, stationary and printed stationary inventories.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY:

a. To support in organizind M C Meetings / AGM / SGM etc.

b. Keep ready all accounts related files and documents required for the meeting.

c. Attend the meetings for any on the spot information requirements of the MC.

d. Organize and maintain all trackers and file folders up to date.

e. Record Keeping all other documents related to accounts.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
