Job Title: Accountant Assistant
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 66
Experience Required: 6 months to 1.5 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team in Gurgaon (Sector 66). The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting and strong communication skills. This role is suitable for individuals with 6 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations

• Perform follow-ups with vendors, clients, and internal teams

• Maintain and organize accounting files and documents

• Support in data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

• Coordinate with the senior accountant for reconciliation and reporting

• Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of all financial data

• Communicate effectively with other departments as needed

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally (preferred)

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Team player with a positive attitude

Education:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
