We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage our finance, investment, and operational functions. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with management to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Business Analysis: Handle day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and statutory filings, including GST, TDS, and other compliance activities in coordination with consultants. Prepare MIS reports and conduct basic financial and business analysis to aid management decision-making. Practical training on statutory filings will be provided on the job.
Investment & Fund Management Operations: Conduct daily trade and market analysis, monitor open and closed market positions, and maintain short-term investment and PMS dashboards. Calculate IRR and provide actionable insights to enhance portfolio performance, hands-on training in fund management operations will be provided on the job
Administration & Support: Manage vendor relationships, office expenses, petty cash, and procurement of supplies, hardware, and services. Support Directors with travel arrangements and other logistical needs. Maintain organized records, agreements, and official documents. Coordinate with internal teams for compliance, audits, and reporting while supporting HR documentation and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration, with 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting is a must. Any experience in administration and knowledge of investment management will be preferred. Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and understanding of GST, TDS, and investment management are required. The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, be fluent in English language and have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
