Key Responsibilities:

Marg Software Operator
- Enter and manage purchase, sales, and stock data in Marg ERP
- Generate sales invoices, purchase bills, and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate inventory records (stock in/out, batch-wise, expiry-wise)
- Handle GST-related entries, including GST billing and report generation
- Prepare MIS reports such as sales reports, purchase reports, and stock summaries
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Reconcile accounts and assist with basic accounting tasks
- Backup data regularly and ensure data accuracy and security
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, and warehouse teams for data verification
- Resolve basic software or data-entry issues in Marg
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
