Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements regularly.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) accurately and on time.
Manage accounts payable & receivable, vendor reconciliation, and follow-up for payments.
Support in preparation of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other applicable tax laws.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and invoices.
Assist management in financial planning, cost control, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounts Executive / Accountant.
Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime (mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of GST rules, returns filing, and input reconciliation.
Familiarity with TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting standards.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
