Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Location: Head Office, Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the daily financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records and files

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions

Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Maintain general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date

Support in preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and reports

Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable

Assist with audits and resolve accounting discrepancies

Collaborate with internal departments for budgeting and financial planning

Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA or similar certification is a plus)

Proven experience in an accounting role (2–5 years preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficiency in accounting software

Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Construction Industry in Road & Highway Projects.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other local tax regulations

Hands-on experience in ERP systems
